Hello everyone!

This month was one full with great books. I cannot believe I read amazing books this month, and big ones too. A lot happened this month, but this post is to talk about all of that. First, let’s get into the books I read in the month of August.

I’m pretty sure this is my official *drum roll* gif

If you click the name of the book you can read my review.

1. The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater

This book was an amazing sequel to The Raven Boys. I enjoyed it, and I loved reading more about Ronan.

2. The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson

5 out of 5 stars

I’m pretty sure this contemporary was my favorite read of this month. This book is huge, but I read it so quickly. Every chapter was full of adventure, love, friends and more. I highly recommend this.

3. Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes

5 out of 5 stars

17465467This series has a lot of hype, and I decided to give it a try. HOLLY MOLLY, it was so good; more than I could’ve imagine. Such an amazing story full of fantasy.

4. Carry On by Rainbow Rowell

3 out of 5 stars

I had this book in my TBR since it came out. I had high expectations, but I ended up being disappointed after reading this.

5. An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir

3 out of 5 stars

Like with Carry On, I had high expectations. This book was great, don’t get me wrong. I just had some issues with it.

6. Wonder Women: 25 Innovators, Inventors, and Trailblazers Who Changed History by Sam Maggs

5 out of 5 stars

I don’t have a review yet for this book because it comes out on October 18th, so my review will be up that week. This was sent to me by Quirk Books in exchange for an honest review. I have to tell you guys, this book was awesome. Women kicking asses since forever.

7. The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint – Exupéry

5 out of 5 stars

I loved this. A book full of hope, love, responsibility, friendship and more. There’s a movie on Netflix, and I watched it… omg, I cried like a baby.

This month I didn’t have anything to watched. Well, I did. There was The Fosters and Scream, but they’re on a break so, I needed to watch something new. I decided to binge watch Dead of Summer, and let me tell you, it’s freaking good and creepy. I really enjoyed that show, but I don’t know if there are plans to do another season. I don’t think it would be good, but who knows?

Y’all should recommend me some shows, because I need to watch something asap.

In my personal life, well… I moved! Now I live in Massachusetts, because I’m doing my Master’s degree in Boston University. I’m so excited for this huge opportunity. I’m still sad, because I left everything in Puerto Rico but sometimes changes are good for us.

I wanted to make my blog to look better so I’ve been changing some graphics on my posts and I changed the header. Also, I wanted to spread the word about my blog, so I decided to create a Facebook page (you’ll find it at the end of this post). I’m so happy with my blog, and with everything that I do. I almost have 150 followers, and my goal is to have 200 for my blogiversary… so we’ll see.

I wanted to let you know that I have a Giveaway, and it ends on September 7th. Feel free to enter because it is international.

Anyway, I’ll stop talking now. I hope you all had an amazing month. Tell me in the comments down below how was your month, what you did, what you read, or anything you want. Thank you so much for reading. Until next time, xoxo!
